Company Overview

Our client is a dynamic, full-service marketing and branding agency that helps businesses build stronger brands, manage impactful digital campaigns, and grow their market presence. The team operates across a diverse portfolio of project-based assignments and ongoing client retainers, blending strategic thinking with robust operational execution. You will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative team that values high-quality deliverables, exceptional client relationships, and meticulous attention to campaign execution.

Mission

We're looking for a professional, articulate, and highly organized part-time team member to serve in a hybrid role combining client-facing account management with operational support. Operating during a 10 AM–2 PM Eastern Time start window (with the expectation of expanding to a full-time position within approximately 3 months if it's a great fit), you will manage client relationships, coordinate day-to-day vendor communications, and provide critical quality control on active marketing campaigns. If you enjoy working in an agency environment, taking ownership of client health, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects, you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day client communications in a highly professional manner.
  • Oversee account operations, project workflows, and vendor coordination across roughly 25 projects (consisting of project-based work and ongoing retainers).
  • Provide rigorous quality control on marketing campaigns, ensuring tracking pixels, analytics setups, and landing page elements are accurate before launch.
  • Coordinate closely with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure client deliverables meet high standards.
  • Track and report on account performance, project deadlines, and operation metrics to senior leadership.
  • Participate in team check-ins, maintain operational transparency, and help document agency standard operating procedures.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and presentations to deliver status updates, campaign conceptual overviews, or project milestones.
  • Troubleshoot client or operational friction points independently and escalate complex issues appropriately to peer or executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 1+ years in account management or operations (experience within a marketing agency environment is highly preferred).
  • CRM Tool: CRM experience is preferred/good-to-have.
  • Softwares: CRM platforms, client/vendor management systems, basic AI tools, and standard operational/productivity suites.
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Marketing agency operations, client services, and strong conceptual marketing fundamentals (understanding campaign mechanics like tracking pixels and analytics, though hands-on execution is not required).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) tailored for US-based clients.
  • Polished client-facing presentation skills and a professional, presentable demeanor for video meetings.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically for digital quality control and campaign auditing.
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple overlapping project deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity across account management, vendor tracking, and marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign structures, performance tracking, and basic AI workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop.
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended).
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional, and visually presentable workspace for client video calls.
  • Capability to reliably access and utilize agency CRM, project management, and analytics tracking tools.
  • Strong proficiency with email, video conferencing suites (like Microsoft Teams/Zoom), and collaborative documentation tools.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: Part-time to start (4 hours/day), requiring a minimum overlap from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM Eastern Time (which corresponds to 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM Beirut Time). Hours are highly flexible beyond this window as long as work quality is maintained.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere.
  • PTO (Paid Time Off): Full compliance with standard Lebanese national holidays (14 days/year) is accepted. Candidates are responsible for autonomously scheduling and managing their own client meetings around these holidays.
  • Salary Range: Part-time starting rate of $1,000 - $1,200/month, transitioning to a full-time scale of $2,000 - $2,500/month upon performance-based transition to full-time status (~3 months).
